Driven by the mantra that “you can’t be what you cant see”, Mogulette is an organization created to address the lack of diversity in technology through the infusion of mentoring and education of young ambitious women who desire to participate, create, and start businesses in tech.

With a particular focus on women of color, for over two years, Mogulette has offered a collaborative women in tech networking reception in partnership with Philly Tech Week and Girl Develop IT, and has provided speaking opportunities where successful women leaders in tech have been able to share personal stories, advice, strategies and contacts, to ultimately help young women develop skills to better navigate the tech industry.
